Hey guys! I’m really excited for today because it’s the very first day of our new training plan in our 8-Week Bikini-Body Ready Trainer. This plan has a different split with some new exercises, different reps and sets, and new principles like drop sets. Switching these things up is necessary to keep progress moving forward. They’ll hit your muscle groups in a new way and put a different stress on the muscles to help shape them into a bikini-ready beach body.
Keep in mind that it may take a couple of sessions to feel comfortable with the plan and to find appropriate weights now, just like it did in Week One.
