At this point in the program, you’re likely starting to feel stronger as you have completed two weeks of this training plan. This is the benefit of sticking to the same training plan for a set length of time—you can accurately monitor your progress. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished so far, and use that to stay motivated through the second half of this training month. This is a great time to check your overall progress to ensure you’re maximizing this plan. Are you sticking to the nutrition and supplementation portions?
