Here we go—Week Four is kicking off today! I can’t believe we’re wrapping up our first month already! This is the last week we’ll be using this training plan, so I want you to really make sure you maximize each exercise. You should be comfortable with everything now and know what weight selections are best. Now it’s time to push it up another level. Remember, we’re working toward our best body ever!
Take a quick inventory of how you’ve done so far. Have you stuck to the nutrition plan? Have you put full effort into your training and cardio sessions? Are you keeping your body fueled with optimal supplements? These three factors are all within your control, and executing them perfectly will ensure great results.
