What do you have planned today? I enjoyed a full-body massage to reduce the inflammation in my body. As for the rest of the day, I’m just going to relax and let my body continue to recover—no cardio at all. Just eating my meals, staying hydrated, and spending some time on my couch. Enjoy your day!
