A quick guide for 'Subscribe and Save' related questions.
To create a subscription, simply visit any of our product pages and:
Choose “SUBSCRIBE & SAVE 10%”
Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery (Delivery every 30, 45, or 60 days)
Select the Size/Flavor and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to the Add to Cart button.
Click Add To Cart
This will add the product to your cart as a subscription. Once you have added all your desired subscription and non-subscription products to your cart, proceed through checkout and your subscription order will be complete!
To manage your subscriptions, you'll need to have a Kaged account.
If you are creating a new subscription, you will be asked to create an account. Please be sure to use a valid email address and create a password.
You can also follow the instructions below to create your Kaged account.
Go to our account page. You can access the account page by clicking the login button or my account link located at the top right corner of the navigation bar. (Login or My Account links).
Click on the "Sign Up" link to the right of the Login Button.
Fill out your account information and click "Sign Up"
You will now be taken to your account. Here, you can manage all aspects of your subscription!
You can change your shipping schedule, view subscription history, update products and much more from this portal.
Welcome to your Kaged account page!
Once you've created an account page, you will be able to perform all actions related to your account, including adding/removing addresses, updating subscriptions, and viewing your order history.
To manage your Subscriptions, click on "Manage Subscriptions" below your Name on the left side of the page.
If you have not created a subscription, the page will say, "Sorry, there is no subscription account associated to this Shopify customer ID"
Once you have created a subscription you will see all the details related to your Subscriptions.
You can manage all aspects related to your upcoming delivery in the "Manage Subscriptions" link found directly under your name on the left side of your account page when logged into your account. This link can also be found directly under your name, when logged in, on your mobile device.
Once you've navigated to the "Manage Subscriptions" link, you'll see all available actions available for your subscriptions.
Modifying your subscription is easy! Simply click "Edit" to modify the flavors, quantities, delivery schedule, shipping address, charge date, and payment method.
Then, click "Update" to save your changes.
SKIP A DELIVERY
Still stocked from your last order? If so, simply take a break from your next delivery by skipping this shipment. Navigate to "Delivery Schedule" while in your subscription account and click the "Skip" button next to the subscription you'd like to skip this round. By doing so, we will skip to your next scheduled order.
ADD TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Thinking of trying a new product but don't want to commit to a subscription yet? Simply click "Edit" next to your active subscription. Then, within the product collection grid, find the product you'd like to add. Simply click "Add One-Time" for a one-time addition to your subscription, or "Add Subscription" to add a new subscription product to your subscription interval.
CANCEL AN AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
No longer want to receive a subscription? Click "Edit" next to the product you wish to cancel. Navigate to the bottom of your subscription page and click "Cancel Subscription".
NOTE:In the case you are subscribed to multiple Kaged products, you will need to perform this action for each product. This give you flexibility in case you want to receive other items on a specific schedule.
If you want to add a new product (One-Time or Subscription) to your next delivery:
Open your upcoming delivery by clicking the "Edit" button next to your active subscription.
Find the product you'd like to add within the product collection and click "Add One Time" or "Add Subscription".
Select the Size/Flavor you would like, and click "Add Product". The page will refresh and you will then see your updated subscription item details.
