Day 82 Finale

Today is the big day where you take your after photos. Before you take your final after photos, pump yourself up by doing some push ups, curls, dips, rear raises, side raises, shoulder press with a resistance band. So that you get blood flowing to your upper body muscles. Perform 3 sets of around 20 reps. Don’t go to failure on any of these exercises, just train to around 70% of your max effort. The entire workout should take around 15 minutes

Remember to wear the same things you wore for the first week and take your photos in the same background. Also be sure to weigh yourself, measure your body fat and take an after photo holding a newspaper
