Overfarming and modern agriculture have depleted our soil, leaving our fruits and vegetables deficient in nutrients. This is where a quality, bioavailable, whole food multivitamin can come in to fill these gaps.
Most multivitamins use synthetic forms, which is far from ideal. That’s why Kaged Multivitamin sources vitamins from real, organic fruits and vegetables, so you actually absorb the nutrients. Often, multivitamins contain lots more than you need, and in doses that are hundreds of times the recommended amount. Kaged Multivitamin uses ideal doses – 100% of the daily value of 21 vitamins and minerals.
We also included Activaloe®, an aloe vera extract that’s a prebiotic fiber which also delivers polysaccharides. Kaged is the multivitamin for those who understand the importance of a health-first approach to performance. Kaged Multivitamin is also…

This is my favorite Multivitamin on the market! It's a 30 day supply. I take it every morning with breakfast. I love that it's plant-based, vegan & keto-friendly, and that it doesn't give me the gross vitamin burps. I've even tested rotating out with other MV's and this one still takes the cake. I recommend to everyone to give this a shot in your daily vitamin routine! Keep it going Kaged!

This is the first time I have taken a multivitamin that doesn't cause any discomfort, or have an awful taste before or after taking it. This is truly a 5-star product! I love knowing what the ingredients are, and I love knowing that I am putting something good in my body, that holds all the nutrients that I need.

I will never buy a different multivitamin again. This is legitimately the best multivitamin I’ve ever used. If you want to better understand the quality of this product, simply read the ingredients list. Real actual fruits and veggies. Seriously, buy this.

The truth is, if you’re absolutely dialed in with your diet, and getting your fruits and vegetables from high-quality sources, no, you don’t need a multivitamin. However, nearly all of us can improve our diet by increasing our micronutrient intake, and a quality, bioavailable multivitamin can make sure your bases are covered.
No. Often, multivitamins are mega-dosed, and it makes your urine a bright, neon color. In contrast, you’ll know you’re actually absorbing the properly-dosed Kaged Multivitamin because it won’t significantly affect your urine.
This is a common vitamin myth. Zinc only interferes with magnesium if you’re megadosing zinc. Our multivitamin contains the proper amount of zinc, so this isn’t a problem. For copper, this is only true if you are taking large quantities of zinc (50 mg/day or more) over a period of weeks. Typical zinc intake of 5–15mg does not affect copper absorption, and high copper intake does not affect zinc absorption.
Once again this is only true if you’re mega-dosing calcium. Even high doses of calcium (1,000-1,800mg) does not affect zinc absorption.
