I have been talking Mindset consistently for about 2 weeks now. I have tried several nootropic products in the past with little success. I have been using the version with caffeine. Great for the lag after lunch.
First and foremost this stuff works. I came home from my first job around noon and was dead mentally. I took a serving of Kaged Mindset and I was mentally 100% lasting me all the way through my second job which ended at midnight-30 with 90 minutes of overtime (tldr: I worked all day). I'm docking a star because the powder doesn't dissolve well and actually separates overtime if not consumed immediately. It says 8 oz of water to 1 scoop - No. At LEAST 12 oz.! I also happen to get a slight headache when first drinking it but its not severe and goes away within 30 minutes. I'll probably buy it again but I prefer pill form or at least not such an intense flavor. Fun side note - I like to add a scoop of flavorless creatine to my mix.
