How to Use

Directions: Pre-Kaged Elite® is a high-stimulant, intense pre-workout. Start by mixing ½ scoop with 6-8 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before your training to assess tolerance. For future workouts, mix up to 1 scoop with 12-16 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day.

Laser focused!
My first purchase and tub of Kaged anything… this is my go to when I start my day! I prep this the night before, by my bed side and kick it off at 4:20AM, in time for my everyday 4:45AM workouts! Of the several brands I have, this one keeps me on track 5-6 days a week for those early morning workouts!

I drink 8 to 10 ounces on my way to the gym and have 6 to 8 ounces left to drink during my workout and I kill it during my workout. I would recommend it to anyone.
