Vegan Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

What is to come is a recipe for protein-packed peanut butter cookies, which are sure to hit that sweet tooth spot on while helping you get your protein intake. Without further adieu, let’s begin.

The Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • ½ cup of organic peanut or almond butter
  • 50 g (~1 ½ scoops) of Peanut Butter Cookie Plantein
  • ¼ cup of applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

The Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir well. You may need to knead these ingredients together with your hands in order to fully mix together.
  5. Hand-craft ~1 inch balls with the dough and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Press each ball down with a fork in order to form a cookie shape.
  7. Bake for ~12 min.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
