Ghost Protein Cupcakes




  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Combine all of the batter ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into a nonstick cupcake pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Mix frosting ingredients together thoroughly and let set in the fridge.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool, then place frosting in a piping bag and frost the tops into a ghost shape.
  7. Add food coloring to the remaining frosting to add faces to your ghosts.
  8. Enjoy your spooky protein treat!
