Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of Cinnamon French Toast Whey Protein Isolate
  • A splash of oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour a scoop of batter into the pan and cook your pancakes.
