Whey Protein Isolate digests fast, so it works best right after training to support repair and recovery. Mix one scoop with 5 to 8 ounces of cold water. Post-Workout Protein targets that same window and adds creatine HCl™, glutamine, and betaine for more complete recovery. Casein Protein digests slowly, so take it before bed to fuel overnight recovery. Protein Isolate Elite has a blend, so its great any time of day.

Take creatine any time of day. Consistency matters far more than timing. Many athletes mix it into a post-workout shake or protein drink. A daily dose of 3 to 5 grams is the established standard, and creatine does not need to be cycled.

You do not. A loading phase (typically 20 grams a day, split across four servings, for five to seven days) saturates your muscles faster, but a standard 3 to 5 gram daily dose reaches the same place over three to four weeks. If your international package has not arrived within 45 days, we will work with you to arrange a reship or refund the price of the items ordered.
