Day 3:Rest Day

You’ve earned it—it’s rest day. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to give my body a break. You can either get a cardio session done today or take the full day to relax and get life tasks done. I’m going to get a cardio session done this morning because it works well with my schedule. Whatever you do, have a great day!
