Recall that creatine exerts its full benefits after your muscles are saturated, and if you go off it for 2-3 months, your creatine levels will naturally go down to your baseline. However, your body will rebuild its stores after 28 days or so when you start using it again.

- Great question! The amount of Creatine HCl you consume on workout days depends on your bodyweight. If for example, you will want to consume 1 scoop per 100lbs of body weight during training and non-training days. You will not need to consume 4-5 grams per day of Creatine HCl.

- An adequate dose is 1.5-2g of creatine HCL. That is determined with the understanding of that 2g of HCL is equivalent to 5g of creatine monohydrate. Keep in mind also, research has shown 3-5g of monohydrate is sufficient for cellular saturation. So 1.5g of HCL is just fine.
