Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
Certain products or services offered on the Service may be available on a subscription, recurring delivery, auto-renewal, pre-order, or “try before you buy” basis.
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to an initial and recurring charge at the then-current subscription price, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms. Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected delivery frequency unless canceled prior to the applicable renewal date.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Kaged, LLC and its third-party payment processors to automatically charge the payment method provided for all recurring charges, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, at the current price the product is listed for on the Company’s website.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to modify subscription pricing, discounts, promotional offers, products, shipment frequency, billing dates, or subscription terms at any time without liability to you. Any such changes will apply to future billing cycles. Continued participation in a subscription after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing and terms.
We may, but are not obligated to, provide advance notice of pricing or subscription changes unless required by applicable law.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account, via links provided in your order confirmation emails, or by contacting customer support. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the applicable renewal processing date in order to avoid future charges. If a renewal charge has already been processed, cancellation will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
If a recurring payment is declined, fails, or cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to retry the payment method on file, suspend or terminate your subscription, skip shipments, update payment information through our payment service providers where permitted, and/or cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, terminate, or limit any subscription or account at any time in our sole discretion, including due to suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory limitations, or violations of these Terms.
