Looooove it!
I don't have a lot of reference, but I love this pre over the other I had used. The flavor is soooo good! The cherry limeade tastes like the ones from a local burger joint I used to frequent. I use about twice as much water, but it does not dilute the flavor much; I feel it is a bit strong flavored at just 10 oz but 20 oz helps me personally. I also don't feel any hard crashes or anything. I can drink this and then bang out a good workout and then go home with energy to spare, without the crash a little later. It's been my go to. I will be buying more and again!
