How Do I Take CreaClear?™
Loading Phase: 20 g per day for 5 to 7 days (divided into 4 daily equal doses)
Maintenance Phase: 5 g per day, post-workout with protein shake
To determine dose based on body weight, we recommend taking: 0.3g per kg/day divided into 4 daily equal doses for 5 to 7 days. After loading phase, take 3g - 5g per day to maintain elevated creatine levels.
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 4 - 8 ounces of water, juice or Kaged Muscle® Hydra-Charge™ in a shaker cup. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds or until CreaClear™ fully dissolves.
