Can I mix this 50/50 with the pre-kaged sport to lower the caffeine dosage to 100 mg and still receive the same benefits from the other ingredients?: Mixing half a scoop of Pre-Kaged Stim-Free with half a scoop of Pre-Kaged would provide you with 137mg of caffeine per serving. You would still receive a full serving of the other ingredients therefore receiving the same benefits. We hope this helps answer your question!
Is there a reason why it says you have to drink it entirely within 25 minutes of mixing? I like to drink my preworkout before and throughout the first half of my workout. SPECTRA™ contains between 0.39 mg and 0.8 mg of caffeine per serving. For comparison, a typical decaf cup of coffee contains between 2 mg and 5 mg of caffeine and milk chocolate typically contains between 1 mg and 15 mg of caffeine.
