Getting tired of the same old protein shake? Here are two delicious recipes that use Kasein to provide both the protein and energy your body needs while keeping you fueled throughout the day.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds soaked
1 cup quinoa*
2 cups canned coconut milk
4 tbsp canned coconut cream
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla Casein protein powder
*Rinse quinoa well before cooking.
Directions:
1. Cook 1 cup quinoa with 2 cups coconut milk.
2. Mix cooked quinoa, chia seeds, coconut cream, yogurt, and Casein.
3. Eat hot or cold!
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond flour
2 scoops of Vanilla Casein Protein Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 farm fresh eggs
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Zest and juice of one small orange
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp honey
1 cup cranberries
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Scoop 1 1/2" sized portions onto a baking sheet, the bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins.
Makes approximately 51 cookies.
