What is the difference between Kaged Post-Workout and Whey Protein Isolate?

Both use have 100% ioWhey® Protein Isolate, a high-absorption, ultrafiltered form of whey protein. Post-Workout Protein differs because we added L-glutamine, BetaPower® betaine anhydrous, and creatine HCl, making it perfect post-workout shake.

Post-Workout Protein also comes in unique, refreshing flavors, while Whey Protein Isolate comes in the classics: chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate PB.

Hi Are Re-Kaged and Whey Isolate from Kaged suitable for vegetarians; I don’t mind milk products.: Both products contain dairy in the Whey Protein Isolate material. If you're comfortable with consuming dairy-containing products, either of these options would be suitable for your use. They do not include any other ingredients derived from other animal sources.

I really love this, especially after a workout.. It's very refreshing. I have a hard time with protien throughout the day, I struggle just with the flavors/choc/vanilla and mixing it to something I can actually enjoy.. With that being said can the re-kaged be taken 1x-2x a day regardless of a workout? I feel I might actually be able to hit my protien goals if so!: Hello! Yes. Although Re-Kaged delivers additional ingredients to help with post-workout recovery, the formula is based around 28 grams of premium whey protein isolate. So if you prefer the novel, non-traditional flavors and that helps you meet your daily protein target, it would be fine to take 1-2 servings even on non-training days.
Can I mix 5 grams of creatine Monohydrate with this protein, even though this protein already has 1.5 grams of creatine HCI?: Great question! Yes. Creatine can be safely taken at higher doses and 6.5 grams falls well within the range of safe and healthy use.
Any chance we get this in a vegan formula?: Hey there! The main key ingredient in Re-Kaged key is whey protein isolate, which is not vegan. We do not currently have plans for a vegan protein post-workout product. However, you could mix our vegan protein Plantein with some of the other ingredients in Re-Kaged (like creatine and fermented glutamine) to make your custom vegan post-workout shake.
If I take the stim free pre workout and the re kaged protein witch both contain creatine. Is it necessary to take more creatine, and when should it be takin?: Hello there! If you are taking Pre-Kaged Stim Free (1.5 grams of creatine HCl) and Re-Kaged (also has 1.5 grams of creatine HCl), on training days, then you don't need to add any additional Creatine HCl on those days, since you are already getting 3 total grams. However, on non-training days (when you don't take Pre-Kaged Stim-Free or Re-Kaged), you should take 4 servings of Creatine HCl as directed on the bottle to get 3 grams on those days as well. Doing it this way will provide a steady 3 grams of creatine per day, which is effective for supporting muscle and strength gains.
