The energy is insane. It's so clean & consistent with no jitters or crash. It lasted my whole workout and I didn't want to stop. I was looking for a pre-workout with Citrulline and Creatine and I found it in Pre-Kaged Elite. This blend not only taste great, it doesn't give me jitters or other caffeine side effects.
