DO I NEED A MULTIVITAMIN?

The truth is, if you’re absolutely dialed in with your diet, and getting your fruits and vegetables from high-quality sources, no, you don’t need a multivitamin. However, nearly all of us can improve our diet by increasing our micronutrient intake, and a quality, bioavailable multivitamin can make sure your bases are covered.

WILL I GET THE "NEON URINE" THAT'S COMMON FOR MULTIVITAMINS?

No. Often, multivitamins are mega-dosed, and it makes your urine a bright, neon color. In contrast, you’ll know you’re actually absorbing the properly-dosed Kaged Multivitamin because it won’t significantly affect your urine.

WILL THE ZINC INTERFERE WITH MAGNESIUM OR COPPER ABSORPTION?

This is a common vitamin myth. Zinc only interferes with magnesium if you’re megadosing zinc. Our multivitamin contains the proper amount of zinc, so this isn’t a problem. For copper, this is only true if you are taking large quantities of zinc (50 mg/day or more) over a period of weeks. Typical zinc intake of 5–15mg does not affect copper absorption, and high copper intake does not affect zinc absorption.

WILL THE CALCIUM INTERFERE WITH ZINC ABSORPTION?

Once again this is only true if you’re mega-dosing calcium. Even high doses of calcium (1,000-1,800mg) does not affect zinc absorption.

Is this a methylated multi vitamin?: Hello! Our multivitamin is not methylated.
Should I take another vitamin D3 and K2 with Kaged multivitamin? Can I consume Kaged Ferodrox and multivitamin in the same day?: Our Multivitamin provides 100% of the daily recommended amounts of both Vitamin D and Vitamin K. While Vitamin K does not have an upper limit, Vitamin D has an upper limit of 100mcg/day.
I just ordered this. I am quite concerned about the Aloe content and aloe being carcinogenic. How do you address these safety concerns? And do/will you have an aloe free multi in the future?: ACTIValoe is an aloe variant that has been stripped of its color. While a few years ago, there were safety concerns regarding aloe extracts that were not decolorized, it's important to note that ACTIVAloe has undergone the decolorization process and is now considered safe and non-toxic.
