Subtle energy. Doesn’t hit as hard as a pre-workout mix, which is nice for my wife and also before a cardio workout. Also seems to mitigate appetite. You can mix this in partial/smaller doses with your water intake throughout the day.

Love this clean burn!
Mix it up the night before and have it as a pre workout in the morning when I awake. Great tasting, gets me energized for my workout and any extra help I can get in the weight department, I’ll take!

I like this clean burn. A couple notes to be aware of. First, it is super sweet, you need a lot of water to dilute it. Second, there is definitely a bit of a "spicy" burn to it when you finish drinking it. It's not overpowering, but if you are not okay with any level of a "spicy" feel, you'll struggle with this. It's much more mild than any spicy pepper is, but it will catch you unaware if you won't know to watch for it.
