Kaged Protein Eggnog
- 3 egg yolks
- 1-2 scoops Kasein (Vanilla Shake)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops liquid Stevia
- Add egg yolks to blender and blend on medium speed for approximately 30 seconds.
- Add Kasein and blend for additional 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate for a day or so to allow flavors to combine. Enjoy!
