Kaged Protein Eggnog

RECIPE

    Ingredients

    • 3 egg yolks
    • 1-2 scoops Kasein (Vanilla Shake)
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 2 whole cloves
    • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 drops liquid Stevia

    Directions

    1. Add egg yolks to blender and blend on medium speed for approximately 30 seconds. 
    2. Add Kasein and blend for additional 20 seconds. 
    3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined, about 30 seconds. 
    4. Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate for a day or so to allow flavors to combine. Enjoy!
