Day 18:Legs

This week we will be hitting 45-minute cardio days to begin further tapping into our fat stores. Today’s leg workout will also churn out calories as if they are going out of fashion.

We swap between isolation and compound instinctively. When I feel like we need to replenish our energy surplus, I will move to isolation so we can then follow up with a multi-joint movement with more focus and strength.
