How to Use

Mix one scoop in 12-16 ounces of water. Shake or stir for 10 seconds. Add more or less water to find your ideal sweetness. Take Intra-Workout during exercise on training days, as a pre-workout alternative, or throughout the day on non-training days.

Absolutely. In fact, lots of our customers and Team Kaged members use it as a pre-workout. It’s great for those who want to go lighter on the caffeine but still want the aminos and performance support.*

If you’d like even more pumps, add 2 grams (one serving) of our unflavored L-Citrulline powder.

Who is Intra-Workout (In-Kaged) for?

It’s designed for anybody who does weight training, HIIT, Crossfit, or any type of resistance-based exercise. You can also use it for cardio or sports.

Is Intra-Workout the same as In-Kaged?
