I have some of this on it's way to me. What dose should I start out on? I'll be stacking this with L-CARNITINE from Kaged as well as the PIP stack. Hi all, I ordered the Creatine HCL (the Capsules), and i can't totally understand how should i take them. the instructions are bit confusing. I weight 155 pounds.. Thanks: An adequate dose is 1.5-2g of creatine HCL. That is determined with the understanding of that 2g of HCL is equivalent to 5g of creatine monohydrate. Keep in mind also, research has shown 3-5g of monohydrate is sufficient for cellular saturation. So 1.5g of HCL is just fine.
