I’m IFBB Pro Classic Bodybuilding competitor and Kaged Athlete Uzoma Obilor, and I’d like to welcome you to my Operation Aesthetic Trainer.
Over the next 8 weeks I’m going to share what I’ve learned over the past few years—providing some of the advice that helped me become a pro. This program has been designed for people who have never followed a real diet program while trying to build or maintain lean muscle mass. It’s also designed for more experienced bodybuilders who have followed a fat-loss program before, but weren’t happy with their results.

What I Need From You
In order to register for the challenge, I need your full commitment to the program. To truly be successful in the Operation Aesthetic 8-Weeks to a Lean and Chiseled Physique Trainer Challenge, I’ll require your full commitment for the next 8 weeks.
How Do You Win
First, you must enter the Challenge. Next, you must fill out all fields to let me know about yourself. Then, you must submit three “Before” photos (front, back, and side) once the photo submission window opens. Finally, make sure your front photo is taken with a current day's newspaper to be eligible for the Challenge. Do these things and you’re in. Upon completion of the Challenge and submission of “After” photos and body stats, I’ll choose ten winners: one Grand Prize winner, two first place runners-up, and seven second place runners-up.
