Pumpkin Protein Milkshake

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen banana (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Shake Kasein
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)
  • 8 small ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Enjoy!
