Day 49:Active Rest Day

It’s such a beautiful day today. My cardio was made up of cycling outside, along with a jog along the Greenbelt and some swimming. Modern day life means that we spend so much time in gas chambers, which are air conditioned cars, houses, offices and gyms. If you have the opportunity to get outside and do your cardio, take it; it’s always good to breathe fresh air. If it’s a bit stop-start as you negotiate crossings and things alike, be sure to stop your watch so that you actually do the prescribed time.
