The training you will be doing with me, as always, is going to be intense and will test your physical and mental abilities. Even with an accurate diet and optimal training plan, there is still room to improve performance and recovery, which will eventually lead to fat loss. This is where supplementing your program becomes the icing on your cake of shredding success.

With calorie restriction comes the risk of fatigue, impaired performance, and loss of muscle tissue.
