"I have had pre-workout with the caffeine in the past and when I found out there was pre workout without the caffeine, I was a bit skeptical. Since I work out in the evenings, I figured why not try this out and see how I feel. The fruit punch flavored one, taste great! After taking the pre, I felt my body pumping more blood, my veins were becoming more and more visible, I was focusing so much more, the exercises become more intense, the mind muscle connection was much more in sync and best of all, I didn’t get jittery nor was I up half the night. If you workout in the evenings or don’t like side effects of jittery or tingling sensations, I recommend the Stim-Free pre workout. It has pushed me to do more than I thought I was capable of."

Can I mix this 50/50 with the pre-kaged sport to lower the caffeine dosage to 100 mg and still receive the same benefits from the other ingredients?: Mixing half a scoop of Pre-Kaged Stim-Free with half a scoop of Pre-Kaged would provide you with 137mg of caffeine per serving. You would still receive a full serving of the other ingredients therefore receiving the same benefits. We hope this helps answer your question!
Is there a reason why it says you have to drink it entirely within 25 minutes of mixing? I like to drink my preworkout before and throughout the first half of my workout. Why do you have to keep shaking between sips? Can I take it all in one? Thx: Absolutely! Feel free to shake it up until the powder completely dissolves, and enjoy it all in one go.
SPECTRA Total ORAC Blend has coffee extract and green tea extract, does that mean that it contains a tiny portion of caffeine?: That would be correct, however the amount is very low. SPECTRA™ contains between 0.39 mg and 0.8 mg of caffeine per serving. For comparison, a typical decaf cup of coffee contains between 2 mg and 5 mg of caffeine and milk chocolate typically contains between 1 mg and 15 mg of caffeine.
