At the top of the rewards page.
Make sure you are logged in to your customer account. Select how many points you'd like to redeem using the points-slider at checkout.
There is no limit! However there is a limit of 500 points per order when writing Product Reviews.
*Approved:* These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately *Pending:* These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals *Cancelled:* These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
The pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled, or returned a purchase.
It may take a few minutes for the activity to process and to provide the points.
You will see your points balance below the items in your cart when you start checkout. The slider will allow you to select the amount of points you'd like to redeem. The maximum redeemable amount per transaction is $40.

After your purchase with us you will receive a “leave a review” email asking for your feedback on your recent purchase. From there, please review your products. This will provide you with reward points. Please note that reward points will not be provided if you review products directly from our website. We appreciate your feedback!
Your rewards points will expire 12 months after they are awarded.
