RETURNS, PROCESSING AND REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

Orders must be returned back to Kaged within 30 days of the order delivery date. We do not accept returns or store credit for any supplement products that have been more than halfway used or empty. Apparel wear must be unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).

Any shipping fees paid by the customer will not be included in the refund. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Returns only apply to products that have been purchased from our online store Kaged.com only. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer or third parties.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments or DPO AE. Please send your order back to the address listed below. 

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments and cost. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Please mail your orders back to the address below.

HOW TO RETURN

Click the CREATE RETURN (link) and follow the on screen instructions. Have your order ID and email address used to purchase handy. Reimbursements will not be issued if the return was made at the customer’s own expense. Be sure to use our returns portal! 

 

PROCESSING AND REFUNDS

Please allow up to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
