Kaged Intra-Workout is a high-quality intra-workout for advanced lifters, or the perfect pre-workout for beginners. How to Use

Mix one scoop in 12-16 ounces of water. Shake or stir for 10 seconds. Add more or less water to find your ideal sweetness. Take Intra-Workout during exercise on training days, as a pre-workout alternative, or throughout the day on non-training days.

Intra-Workout (In-Kaged) starts with 124mg of PurCaf® organic caffeine made from green coffee beans. Absolutely. In fact, lots of our customers and Team Kaged members use it as a pre-workout. It’s great for those who want to go lighter on the caffeine but still want the aminos and performance support.*

Who is Intra-Workout (In-Kaged) for?

Not sure why companies phase out solid products for potential lack luster replacements with possibly higher price points that have the potential to drive customers away rather than retain them for why they were drawn to companies in the first place.: We understand and appreciate your concerns about changes in product offerings. Is there going to be a new intra-workout product, or is one of the Elite series products going to be considered a replacement?: One notable change is the absence of BCAAs and the addition of a few other performance-enhancing ingredients, as well as a slight uptick in caffeine content. Despite its name, "Pre-Kaged Sport" can also function well as an intra-workout supplement. You can also include our BCAA. By adding a 400g BCAA powder scoop to their Pre-Kaged Sport, they can effectively upgrade it to a more advanced Inkaged formula.
why did you discontinue the cherry limeade flavor?: We're phasing out In-Kaged soon and bringing in new, innovative products. Regarding the discontinuation of the cherry limeade flavor, we made room for exciting new options. Stay tuned for updates!
Can anyone please explain the difference in pre caged vs in caged? I do see that in caged has 124mg of caffeine vs the 324mg: Thank you so much for the question! The Pre-Kaged was specifically formulated to take 15-20 minutes prior to working out to give you a boost before you hit the gym. The In-Kaged, on the other hand, was created to sip throughout the workout to keep you going so you can crush the workout.
