I have been talking Mindset consistently for about 2 weeks now. I have tried several nootropic products in the past with little success. I have been using the version with caffeine. The nice little boost of energy is the first thing that I notice. I like to do one scoop in the morning and this acts as my "cup of coffee" energy. Kaged Mindset has been my first foray into trying a Nootropic supplement, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate and continued effects it had on me. From the very first dose and throughout subsequent doses, I experienced a remarkable boost in alertness without the dreaded crash, thanks to the exceptional quality of the Caffeine used in this product. Given that my work involves QA and Debugging software, I could definitely notice a significant difference in my productivity and focus on days when I took Kaged Mindset compared to when I didn't.
Overall, I would highly recommend Kaged Mindset +. It has been a game-changer for me. However, I do have one minor concern: the presence of an artificial sweetener, sucralose. As someone who tends to experience issues with artificial sweeteners, I did encounter some mild side effects like headaches. Additionally, there have been studies suggesting that sucralose can impact the gut microbiome, which is something I'm not particularly fond of. Thankfully, I've been taking Kaged Outlive 100 and Probiotic along with this supplement, which helped alleviate any digestive discomfort.
If Kaged ever decides to revamp the formula, my hope would be for them to consider omitting sucralose altogether or providing an optional capsule form without it. Aside from this minor drawback, I would give Kaged Mindset a solid 9.5 out of 10. Trust me, it's definitely worth considering if you're in search of a highly effective supplement.
I use about a half of a scoop before I leave to pick up my kids from school and it helps me get through the afternoon with out jitters or a crash.
