I was preparing for an NPC Men’s Physique competition that I took 3rd and 4th place in! I used Project Inferno because I needed to break my routines with new workouts.
It was newly released and I was excited to change up my routine.
RE-KAGED, IN-KAGED, PRE-KAGED, and Hydra-Charge.
Hydra-Charge because you can mix it in practically anything and it’s a beneficial alternative to other beverages.
This was about 2 weeks out from the end of the program/stepping on stage:
Meal 1: 150 g egg whites, 4 slices bacon, 60 g spinach, 30 g tomatoes
Meal 2: 2 Oikos Triple Zero yogurts, ½ serving protein, 30 g SunButter
Meal 3: 150 g 90/10 ground beef, 90 g greens
Meal 4: 175 g skinless chicken thigh, 60 g quinoa, 60 g diced peppers
Meal 5: 150 g 90/10 ground beef or top sirloin, 70 g sweet potatoes, 130 g greens
Meal 6: 200 g skinless chicken thigh, 80 g strawberries, 90 g cauliflower
Your mind will give out before your body does.
Mindless cardio. Just gotta do it.
It’s not easy, yet it’s for everyone, if you’re willing.
That’s difficult. I’m a big EDM/hard rock guy, so I spent the majority of my time listening to EDM mixes by Kayzo, 4B, and Junkie Kid.
Plan ahead. Always bring your food with you to social gatherings or any event you know you won’t be home for your next meal. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
Of course! I have done every single one of Kris Gethin’s trainers. I have been following Kris Gethin for about 5–6 years now and have had the privilege to meet him twice. I love his morals and idolize his no-bullshit attitude.
