  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Stir together coconut milk and Vanilla Clean Meal until smooth.
  3. Fold in chia seeds and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into lightly greased cupcake pan.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
